Here is a little background leading up to the Healing Outpouring in Lakeland. Three weeks before Todd was to come to Lakeland, Florida, Rob Duluca, a pastor from New Zealand came up to Todd in Australia and ask if he could give Todd a word, and Todd received a word from Rob about the coming Healing Revival and how it would impact the world.
