Its really amazing what God is doing! There is an anointing here that God has caused to happen that is healing and ministering to people. Tonight the speaker actually sang the message! He hadn't planned to but when you're in this anointing anything can happen. That has just never happened before. God touched people powerfully and then everyone began to sing to the Lord the new song that the speaker sang. A man from Flint gave a testimony about a healing he had received as a result of being at the meetings. He said he just had to come up and share. About a year and a half ago he fell and hit his head and sustained a mild concussion. It resulted in him having a painful headache that lasted one and half years. In the process of trying to get relief he had gone to a number of doctors but nobody was able to help him. He began to take vicaden and in the process over time became addicted to it. He has been in several meetings here since June 21 and knew that God was choosing to do something powerful here. About a week ago he was healed of his dependence on vicaden and hasn't had a dose since then nor has he wanted to. Last night on his way home from the meeting he discovered that after a year and a half of pain his headache was completely gone! One of the leadership core members here at Shield of Faith has a sister in California that was diagnosed with acute leukemia. He is a registered nurse and quite familiar with many medical conditions. His sister's blood count was over 80,000 where normal was between 5 and 10,000. While at Lakeland last month he prayed for her though she was not there but out on the west coast. Her blood count then went to around 60,000 and she was then determined to have chronic leukemia instead of acute. Last Saturday night while talking with someone he learned of someone who had been healed of leukemia. This prompted him to press in and claim his sister's total healing. He phoned her and told her he was praying for her total healing. She went to the doctor yesterday for a blood test and it came back 8,500 which is totally normal! The meeting here went wild! A lady came to the front with her nine year old girl. It was the little girl we prayed for last friday night named Miracle who was in the University of Michigan hospital in Ann Arbor having been diagnosed with a cancerous brain tumor. Her pastor was in the meeting and had asked everyone to pray. He said she needed a miracle. The next day the doctors called her Mom and told her that she could come and pick her daughter up because she did not have a brain tumor but something different! We prayed for her and her Mom. Her Mom was healed tonight of arthritis in her shoulder. We are hearing of others who were healed tonight as well. The meetings keep going and God keeps working!
