More on the “resurrection of Rock (Rocky) Green” that was
heard last night on God TV during the Florida Outpouring show. I will try to
make a very long story short. Rocky is the son of full time music ministry
couple Tom and Sherry Green. He is also very accomplished in Music ministry
himself.
One year ago he was diagnosed with a brain tumor. It was
surgically removed and he underwent radiation treatments. Then about one month
ago on May 8th 2008 he underwent a MRI, and it was determined that
not only had his tumor returned, but had done so with a vengeance. The doctors
essentially gave no hope and recommended he get his affairs in order and simply
treat the pain.
Rocky refused pain medication and instead decided to travel
with his parents from Encinitas California to Lakeland Florida
for the Outpouring. After being there for a couple days his condition worsened.
He could not eat, or tolerate any noise or even light. He was bedridden and
since he was no longer in any condition to get on an airplane and fly home, he
found himself, essentially trapped in Lakeland.

Fearing the worst, his sister flew from New Mexico to be with him and together with her
parents rented a house so they could better care for Rocky in what everyone
feared may be his last days.
Then the miracle.
Two days ago Rocks sister was in the kitchen working, and
could hear Rocky through his monitor as he spoke to his Fiancé on the phone. He
was preaching, revealing a revelation he had regarding Christ’s reinstatement
of Peter. When all of a sudden there was silence.
All Rockys sister could hear was his fiancé coming over the
speaker phone “hello, hello, hello.” Knowing that Rocky was for some reason not
responding she raced into the room. Rockys eyes were rolled back into his head.
All she could see was the whites of his eyes. And he was cold. She shook
him violently, and called out his name repeatedly. She knew in her heart that
he must be dead.
She raced out to the garage and called for her parents. Together
they returned to the room, and Rockys father laid hands on him and prayed in
the spirit. Then after what must have
seemed like an eternity, Rocky sat right up, the warmth returned to his body,
his eyes staring blankly, but returning to normal and beginning to focus, and
said “What happened!”
There are many more details that I could share concerning
God moving in Rockys life during this whole ordeal over the past year. But, for
now simply know this; God is real, Jesus has risen, and The Holy Spirit is
moving in Lakeland
right NOW!
